Reconstruction and extension of the building in the corner of the Botanická and Líščie valleys. Change of functional use for housing and polyfunction. Strict urban regulations, demanding investor requirements, light-technical constraints, static traffic. Part of it is the creation of an underground car park over which a magnificent vegetation roof is placed. The solution seeks to create space for urban life by creating a lively ground floor in Botanická Street.
