CA ZA AR 2024 - THANK YOU
THANK YOU! Even though we did not win the CE ZA AR 2024 award, we are extremely proud of our nomination and the journey we have traveled with Green Linden Project . This project was an opportunity for us to bring new housing standards to the region and show that quality architecture has a place outside the main investment centers. We will continue to bring projects that improve the quality of living and make our cities and regions more beautiful and sustainable.

Last weekend, Dvojka broadcast another video medallion of nominated works for CE ZA AR 2024, and this time our Zelená Lipa was also present.

CEZAAR Award 2024 - nominee
It was with great joy that we accepted the nomination of Zelena Lipa for the CEZAAR Award 2024 in the very strong category Apartment houses. We look forward to the results in the fall. The award is given annually by the Slovak Chamber of Architects.

The family house by Košice based studio Atrium Architekti is a work of art moderation and refined reduction: only one mass, only one window to the street. In the shape complexity of the surroundings, it appears primarily simple.
