CASSOVIA NEW INDUSTRY CLUSTER.
When designing the UPJŠ campus, we tried to create compositional, pedestrian, and communication axes to which we connect the entrances to existing and newly created buildings. The north-south axis begins with a small square with a public transport stop and ends with the TIP building. Perpendicular to this axis, we create a boulevard that leads to the inside of the area.
Most buildings are accessed from this boulevard. These walking tours are supposed to bring what the UPJŠ campus currently lacks – transparency, clarity and life throughout the day. The new objects that we propose are placed in the current orthogonal form, which is defined by the already standing dormitory buildings. The only exception is the TIP building, which is supposed to create an accent.

STATIC TRANSPORT
We decided to take a radical approach to off-road parking, which today occupies a significant part of the area. We are creating a large-capacity underground parking lot under the multifunctional sports hall, which will cover a significant part of the necessary parking spaces.
We only create emergency parking spaces on the terrain.

TIP BUILDING
The circular shape of the TIP building is designed to naturally draw the public in. The ground floor of the building is filled with services that create a living, functional space from the entire building.
Below the ground, we propose a congress center with its own entrance, which operationally separates this center from the rest of the building.
Laboratories and offices are located on the upper floors. The exception is the last yielded floor, which again belongs to the services.
There is a kindergarten, a fitness center and a small cafe. There is a natural view of the city center from all these establishments.
